My name is Paul G. Arias and I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of Resolute Data Scienc LLC. Before starting this company, I served in various academic labs as a researcher, developing high performance computing software to investigate pollution-reducing strategies at diesel engine conditions.

During my postdoc at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, I worked on the kinds of research challenges that exposed me to the field of data science. Since then, I developed in interest in working on projects that require expertise in Big Data solutions.

I regularly mentor professionals that are interested in making career pivots into the field of data science, and provide provides teaching material for Hadoop and Apache Spark using AWS resources for Masters level course on Big Data Systems at Rutgers University.
